Our vans carry generic PCB and capacitor stock plus brand‑specific parts for the twelve most common Sydney failure modes. If we can't fix it on the day, we'll tell you exactly why and what it will cost.
It is. Our fixed quotes include supply, installation, line set to the stated length, vacuum pulling, refrigerant charge, bracket or plinth, test running, and full clean‑up. The only things that ever add cost are discoveries behind walls — asbestos checking, rotten battens, extra pipe length — and we stop and get your written approval before touching those.
Every technician holds a current ARCtool refrigerant handling licence, is covered for $10M public liability, and is police‑checked. Company licence #L123456. We also run quarterly internal training on the newest inverter platforms — which is why we can diagnose a Dakin Sensira board without calling a friend.

On top of that, our own workmanship warranty is 5 years on splits and 7 on ducted, covering labour and any defect caused by our install. Parts we supply for repairs carry a 2‑year warranty.
