Which brands do you install and service?+
All major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Samsung and LG — plus most commercial refrigeration systems.
How often should I service my system?+
Twice a year is ideal — once before summer and once before winter. Our maintenance plan handles both automatically.
Repairs & Emergencies
My system is blowing warm air — what first?
Check the mode is set to Cool and the filter is not blocked. If it is still warm after 10 minutes, book a call-out — it is usually a gas or capacitor issue we fix same-day.
Do you charge call-out fees overnight?
Our $199 service call covers metro Sydney 7am–8pm. After-hours work is quoted before we start, with no hidden premiums.
How quickly can someone arrive?

Installation & Quotes
How long does a split-system install take?
Most single splits are done in 3–5 hours, including commissioning and clean-up.
Can you quote from photos?
Often yes — email us photos of the room and the external wall and we will send an indicative price the same day.
What warranty do installs carry?
Full manufacturer warranty plus our own 5-year workmanship guarantee.
